On Saturday, January 13, 2018, we held "Tsuruha Baseball Class Nippon-Ham Fighters Academy 1-day Experience" at Sapporo Agricultural Experiment Park Twin Cap. This time, we received 490 applications out of 100 applicants.
Mr. Tateishi and Mr. Ichikawa, former professional baseball players, served as instructors and taught us the basics of baseball: pitching practice, fielding practice, and batting practice. The children who participated enjoyed the baseball class with smiles on their faces as the former professional baseball player provided easy-to-understand explanations.
At the annual raffle, in addition to the raffle for children, we also held a raffle for parents, allowing parents and children to have a fun time together.
