We have begun a trial of a medication history entry support system equipped with "ChatGPT" and voice recognition AI at some of our stores.
In our mid-term business plan, we have set the slogan "From clinical practice to clinical life," or in other words, "From treatment to care," and in the pharmacy industry, which is required to evolve from "object to person," we aim to "open up the work of pharmacy pharmacists toward care." We are convinced that this new system will not only improve work efficiency, but will also act as a co-pilot for the practice of true EBM and SDM, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and the exercise of family medicine capabilities by utilizing the non-standard data in medication histories as an asset.
