As part of our service, we have a shareholder benefit program.

Target shareholders and presentation time

■ Target shareholders

The following shareholder benefits will be presented to shareholders who hold one unit (100 shares) or more listed or recorded in the final shareholder list and real shareholder list as of May 15 every year.

■ Presentation time

With May 15 as the record date every year, long-term holding benefits, shareholder benefit cards, and shareholder gift certificates will be shipped to eligible shareholders in mid-August (after the end of the general meeting of shareholders).

* If you do not receive the shareholder gift certificate, it may have been returned due to reasons such as unknown address. Please contact us (toll free).

In some cases, somebody's family may have received it instead, so please check again.

◎ Benefit 1 Shareholder special treatment card

Shareholders who own 100 or more shares of the Company will be presented with a "shareholder special treatment card" that can be used at each Tsuruha Group store.
If you show it at the time of payment, you will get a 5% discount from your purchase. (Excluding some products)

* After the general meeting of shareholders, it will be sent together with the general assembly resolution notice in mid-August.

We will send you a "shareholder gift certificate booklet" according to the number of shares you own.

Exchange of complimentary products is limited to unused shareholder gift certificate booklets.
Please note that even one shareholder gift certificate booklet cannot be exchanged for a special offer.
Special offer products will be offered in exchange for shareholder gift certificates. We do not offer both shareholder gift certificates and complimentary products.

Long-term holding benefits

In addition to the above benefits, shareholders who hold 100 or more shares of the Company for 3 years or more as of the vesting date of shareholders on May 15 every year (May 15 and November 15 with the same share number) Shareholders who have been registered in each shareholder list seven or more times in a row) will be presented with a shareholder gift certificate worth 1,000 yen (500 yen x 2).

* The long-term holding benefits will be sent after the general meeting of shareholders.
